Novicewear is a Berlin based apparel brand that collaborate with multidisciplinary talent to define what workwear means today and identify ways to the make industry more sustainable. This is about connecting new dots, being open and sharing our love for workwear. We’re building this brand to be versatile, open and transparent, because we believe our intent will have a positive impact on how people use and value apparel. - Gender neutral design - European production - Recognition of collaborators, no white labelling - Highly durable material and craftmanship - Small batch and on-demand production - Openness to share what we learn, both failures and successes.
