NDC is a privately owned real estate development, consulting and brokerage company founded in 2004 that specializes in both market-rate and affordable housing development. We target large urban-infill, mixed-income and transit-oriented development projects in line with our double bottom line commitment to risk adjusted returns and social/environmental sustainability. In addition to our own $50M portfolio of real estate, NDC’s principals have been involved with the acquisition, entitlement and construction of over 3,500 multifamily units valued over $650M throughout California. NDC’s development arm is an expert in Joint Venture partnership with property owners and investors to entitle and develop large scale multifamily projects in the Bay Area. Our minimum new construction project size is 40 units.
