We are the Insurance Institute of Cardiff's professionals group for new and emerging professionals.
The YPG was originally set up in 2011 to ensure the needs and interests of all members under 35 years of age were represented. We have build on that success and so have refreshed our look, feel and vision with the new 2015 sub-group Novus.
The committee are arrange a programme of events designed for the institute's younger members as they progress through the early stages of their career in insurance and financial services, both from an educational and social perspective.
The programme will see a mixture of social events, seminars and workshops based around soft skills and technical topics, including expert speakers sharing experiences and knowledge.
