NOW ONLINE To relaunch broadband offering fall 2020 Now Online was a Cleveland Ohio based ISP. Started by Jeffery Williams (http://www.linkedin.com/in/jwilliamsoh) in 1994 Now Online quickly became N.E. Ohio's largest privately held ISP. The company founded by Jeffery Williams, wife Elaine Williams and their attorney of record John T. Paris represented their second venture as local entrepreneurs. Now Online was sold to My-eSuite October 2001 for an estimated 10 million although the exact terms of the deal have not been made public. At the time of selling Now Online had reported gross revenue in excess of 12.5 million annually. As of this listing public records indicate a total of 7 acquisitions had been completed totaling an estimated 2.25 million in cost. The company had an estimated 25,000+ consumer accounts and 1,200 corporate clients. Tax records show that Now Online employed 67 people in the Cleveland area and another 12 in Western PA.
