The National Organization for Youth, Employment and Startup Companies - NOYESC

The National Organization for Youth, Employment, and Startups Companies is the first accredited organization in Algeria concerned with the affairs of start-ups, small and medium-sized companies, employment and work issues, and various youth activities. It was founded by young people and students from all over the country on May 26, 2019 in Boumerdes and obtained accreditation on November 17, 2019. Aims to : 1) Contribute to opening horizons for the progress of start-up companies and facilitating and developing transactions between them. 2) Encouraging and honoring creative talents, highlighting national competencies, and engaging them in national development. 3) Striving to consolidate the idea of entrepreneurship in the youth and to advance the economy of Algeria. 4) Seeking to facilitate and support the activity of young people in establishing and expanding their work in start-up companies. 5) Work with the competent authorities to establish an open and solid edifice for establishing companies, building the economy, and achieving comprehensive self-sufficiency to raise the political position of a country globally. 6) Work with the competent authorities to open up job prospects for young people and improve the labor market. 7) Strengthening relations between youth and various groups of society, and combating social ills within youth circles by encouraging mass sports. 8) Turn around the problems of young people, especially in the field of work, to propose solutions and work to reduce unemployment rates. 9) Work to train young people to be the leaders of the future of the Algerian state. 10) Carrying out awareness campaigns and humanitarian work at the national level. 11) Promote youthful thought scientifically and culturally and encourage creativity in youth circles. 12) Work on building a youthful edifice whose main task is to unite the Algerian youth on the subject of national unity and to defend the components of Algerian identity.
