NPC College of Arts + Design is an educational system specifically developed to target innovation of international arts, preparation of art portfolios and professional training for design majors. Located in Richmond, Canada, NPC has over ten years of professional training experience and has helped countless students successfully enroll in the top arts and design institutes in both North America and Europe. Currently, we have no less than 15 art and design training courses, and art portfolio preparation programs so that students have the best and the most professional guidance on their path to realise their dreams.
