The safety and maintenance of buildings, bridges, tunnels, industrial facilities and other civil engineering structures can be maintained by visual inspection, but is often expensive, ineffective and inaccurate. SODIS LAB designs, installs and maintains structural monitoring systems and is capable of installing similar monitoring for engineering systems such as building services. Part of these monitoring systems is its special monitoring software which in real-time identifies issues with the structure or its engineering systems. SODIS LAB main office is located in Moscow, Russia. SODIS LAB has more than 200 projects in its portfolio, which includes skyscrapers of Moscow City, the multi award winning Lakhta Center, stadiums for Sochi 2014 and the FIFA World Cup 2018, a highway tunnel in St. Petersburg and many others. Besides the monitoring systems, it's required mathematical modelling and structural analysis, SODIS LAB is working heavily with Building Information Modelling (BIM). The company received the Autodesk Innovation Award 2013 for its BIM work for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Stadiums. SODIS LAB can perform BIM project planning, structural system BIM and the full MEP & communications & security system design.
