NPR originates, jointly with Phinance Partners S.p.A, investment opportunities in non-performing assets, performs the due diligence process, defines the business plans and then allocates the collection activities within its large panel of specialised servicers (currently 18), actively monitoring and managing their activities over the entire life of the loans under management.
