In 1944, the Japanese government appointed us as the exclusive importer / exporter of paper and paperboard in western Japan under the name of Nippon Paper Trading Co., Ltd (NPT) in order to control the business under the war situation. We continued our business after World War II and being the major importer / exporter in Japan. In 1965, we were nominated by the Japanese government as one of the most prominent contributors in trading industry because of our achievements in the past decades. Since then, we have been engaging in trading with a wide variety of products and services in addition to our main items which are paper and paperboard business.
