Nqo's Protégés is a cross-cutting Online Mentorship Programme by Nqobile Ndlovu. The Mentorship Programme assists young people aged 25 to 35 years on professional and personal development. It is delivered through various online platforms, therefore accessible to any interested young person from anywhere in the world.
The programme runs for 10 - 12 weeks, covering modules such as 10 year plan, Strengths & Weaknesses, Networking, Marriage & Children and Grooming, Etiquette & Deportment.
Mentees who go through the programme develop a greater sense of self-awareness, understanding their goals clearly, and are intentional about personal and professional growth.
At the end of the programme, Mentees receive a Certificate of Completion and a reference letter, and have a Mentor for life.
