Founded in 2011 in Bangalore, NRECT is a registered public charitable trust committed to unlocking purpose, potential, and professional pathways for youth across India.
We exist to bridge the opportunity gap — especially for students and young adults from underserved communities — by providing them with structured mentorship, skill-building, and career-aligned guidance.
🌱 Our flagship initiative, We-KIT, uses AI-powered tools and real-world mentoring to help students discover who they are and what they’re meant to do. We bring together mentors, content creators, trainers, and changemakers to co-create a future where every young person has a guide, a plan, and a purpose.
💡 From psychometric assessments to career roadmaps, soft skills, and exposure to sustainable, future-ready industries — we support youth not just with knowledge, but with direction.
