National Rural Health Mission has been launched in nationwide on 12th April, 2005. The journey of National Rural Health Mission in U.T Chandigarh has witnessed the arrival of many milestones, which have been painted by our enthusiasm and strengthened by the implementation of the policies envisaged. Our efforts have been recognized by Chandigarh being awarded as RANK-III for IMR, Rank-I for OPD and Rank-I for surgical services as per HMIS data reported online. I hope, We, the team of Chandigarh NHM shall explore the ventures not attempted so far and achieve results which seemed unachievable till date.
