Building a Better Future, Together, for Women in Safety and Health The National Safety Council's Women Division was founded to: Increase the number of women participating and advancing with NSC and member organizations; Provide mentoring and development opportunities for women is safety; Recognize women for their achievements in safety; Reduce injuries and illnesses in occupations and risk areas unique to women.
