NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML), set up in June 2004, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), one of the largest depositories in the world. NDML operates in multiple businesses that span across governance, industry solutions, capital markets, and digital payments. Over the years, we have entered into various businesses requiring digitization, automation, and end-to-end integration of services in BFSI, Payments and, Information Technology & Utility, and more. At present, NDML has 8 services i.e. 1. NSR on behalf of NASSCOM 2. SEZ Online on behalf of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry 3. KRA 4. PayGov 5. EasyFD 6. NIR - National Insurance Repository 7. RTA - Registrar and Transfer Agents 8. Instigo - Digital Onboarding and KYC solution We work closely with the Government agencies for implementing e-Governance projects on a Build-Own-Operate basis at the most competitive charges.
