North Shore Emergency Management (NSEM) is a tri-municipal department providing emergency management services for the City of North Vancouver, District of North Vancouver, and District of West Vancouver since 1978.
With several full-time staff and a diverse pool of over 50 volunteers, we serve the North Shore through coordinated emergency management and support service programs, along with related planning, response, and recovery strategies.
