Stress is often overlooked as a contributor and yet wreaks major havoc on people's overall health and well-being...and there are not many tools out there that help move the needle in a tangible way. So I went on a hunt... It starts with RESILIENCE - the ability to recover quickly from difficulties - which is more than just a buzzword. It is a necessary (and learnable) trait! In our fast-moving ever-changing world, resilience helps reduce the mental, emotional and physical effects of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. In fact, it has become a key differentiator between those who THRIVE and those who struggle under the pressures of everyday life. But how do we BUILD resilience? Is it even possible?
