Over the last 36 years, the NSR Schedule of Rates has become seen as the industry standard for transparent and auditable pricing for maintenance and refurbishment works, ensuring the contractor receives a fair price and the client can accurately forecast costs of both the specified works and variations. NSR Management has developed a bespoke online estimating, quotation and ordering system called ‘MTC QS’, that is used by the Client and Contractor for estimates, quotes, orders and invoices for building works (including electrical, mechanical, painting & decorating and accessibility adaptations), extensions, renewal works, highways maintenance, reactive maintenance and refurbishment works. It is fast, efficient and accurate and takes the effort out of pricing, cost forecasting and budget controlling. We hold a comprehensive library of seven schedules which have been widely adopted in both the Public and Private Sectors for Facilities Management, Construction, Maintenance and Refurbishment works, Insurance repairs and one off projects. The schedules work well with a combination of strategies based on the service requirements and are adaptable for tendering either on a percentage adjustment or fully priced preliminaries basis allowing for overheads and profit.
