HCCDC is an agile delivery agency, powered to unlock and deliver outcomes that revitalise the Hunter and Central Coast regions. We are focused on creating vibrant places with great spaces; providing more opportunities for housing and employment; and attracting innovative talent and enterprises. HCCDC is a respected leader in delivering region-shaping outcomes on behalf of NSW Government. Our key strengths include tackling complex sites and contaminated lands; and creating outcomes that enable economic stimulation, community benefit, and attractive investment opportunities. We have a long and proud track record of delivery. In Newcastle, we have led the Honeysuckle Urban Renewal Project and Revitalising Newcastle program, along with significant remediation and rehabilitation projects on former BHP Steelworks sites. On the Central Coast, our work includes revitalisation initiatives in Gosford including the transformation of Leagues Club Park, and unlocking land for the University of Newcastle’s new Gosford CBD campus. We also manage Mount Penang Parklands and have delivered significant infrastructure upgrades to enable opportunity for the Parklands precinct to reach its full potential.
