NTC Consultation is a consulting firm based in Cairo, Egypt. The Healthcare Consulting Department has a vast experience in the quality management and technical aspects related to accreditation standards and requirements. NTC is collaborating with a Canadian Healthcare Consultancy that encompasses extensive experience at all technical and managerial levels in Laboratory Medicine in both Canada and the United States. NTC provide consultation services that include professional gap analysis, development of quality management system based on accreditation standards and requirements, training, conducting audit workshops and mock-surveys. Training Services are intensive training plans that include but not limited to lectures, on-site visits, workshops on different technical and managerial aspects that increase staff competency and process improvement. As the consultancy has a great experience in laboratory medicine, NTC consultants design effective quality assurance policies and procedures and perform technical and statistical method validation that are all based on international guidelines and customized to target performance excellence, management of risk and improvement of healthcare community.
