NTL - Norsk Tjenestemannslag

The Norwegian Civil Service Union (NTL) is a trade union for all occupational groups in the state sector and in enterprises with public affiliation. With around 57,000 members, we are one of the largest unions in the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO). We organize permanent and temporary employees, as well as students and apprentices – and we believe that strong workplace communities provide security, influence, and fair working conditions for all. NTL Ung is our youth organization for members under the age of 35. It offers young members the opportunity to get involved in trade union and political work, build networks, and help shape the future of working life.
