Singapore Industrial And Services Employees' Union (SISEU)

The Singapore Industrial and Services Employees’ Union (SISEU) is the second largest union in Singapore. We are an affiliate of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). We represent over 82,000 members in over 180 unionised companies. As an omnibus union, our members work in sectors ranging from Aerospace, Infocomm, Real Estate, Consultancy Services, Logistics, Facilities Management, Retail, Property, Printing & Publishing, Light Manufacturing & Engineering. Our objectives are to: - Foster a stable and harmonious industrial climate that is conducive to investments and creates employment and good jobs for workers. - To equip and enhance the professional knowledge of union officials through sharing and dissemination of information on industrial and employment relations matters, organising seminars on relevant topics and courses. - Advocate equal opportunities, fair and equitable treatment across the workforce. - To promote effective consultation between employers, union and industry partners on all aspects of industrial relations.
