Nu-Train is a diet and weight loss counseling center that is built around the ideology that in order to be successful and sustainable, a weight loss regimen must work with ones existing habits, not against them. Nu-Train’s program goes beyond traditional nutrition science taking into account the critical (and often overlooked) factors that prevent individuals from achieving and maintaining their goals. Some of these include lifestyle, preferences, tastes, and emotional factors. Nu-Train has counseled over 3,000 individuals including a number of celebrities and high profile business people.
