Nuach

Nuach is the private counseling and coaching practice founded by Tyler Zielasko, LMHC. Nuach is a transliteration of a Hebrew word that means to "find rest". Nuach is founded on the premise that most people today are living their lives more out of restlessness than out of a calm confidence, free of anxiety, depression, and a listless existence. Tyler is passionate about minimalism and intentional living, and is committed to helping other people create a life that allows them to escape from their restlessness and clutter, and toward a calm, assertive, clutter-free, intentionally lived life. Tyler is currently developing a practice that will reach individuals, companies, and other groups through counseling, coaching, speaking, and training both in person and online.
