At Nucleus, we have three core objectives: to invest in early-stage ventures (pre-seed and seed), help founders succeed, and treat founders with respect. Why? As General Partners and cofounders of Nucleus Ventures, we—Amit, Sunil, and Swati—asked ourselves: What type of VC did we wish for when we were building our own startups? We focus on pre-seed and seed stages, typically at the idea stage when founders are raising funds from friends and family. Our goal is to partner with founders and Limited Partners to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships. About Us: • Amit and Sunil were cofounders of Karbon, a corporate credit card startup valued at $150M, which successfully onboarded 40% of all startups as customers. • Swati apart from being an early investor in Karbon, has played pivotal roles with various fintechs, helping them grow and scale multiple times with her sales and partnerships acumen.
