Nugget Poultry Farm

Nugget Poultry Farm provides smallholder farmers with an infrastructure to remove all the barriers they face in producing high-quality poultry products and trading with formal markets. We are improving and reducing farmers’ cost of production, creating the operational infrastructure needed to get their products to market, providing value-added processing, and commercializing their poultry products. We support their whole journey, as they grow to their full potential and prosper. Nkoko poultry farm agribusinesses’ holistic ‘seed to market’ approach increases farmers’ income, which not only lifts them out of poverty but also improves nutritional health in many Ugandan communities. Our target group is young women in rural and economically marginalized communities in Uganda. We equip them with skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and modern poultry farming.
