NuGrad

Nugrad allows for any company to find the top graduating talent at any university. We created NuGrade which is a GPA alternative that takes into account Personality and Experience much more than academic performance. We use NuGrade to rate students on a scale of 1-100 and ultimately find the right fit for any company. We are students, and we understand the problems with traditional recruiting out of college.
