The NUJS Litigation and Clerkship Cell was established in 2021, with the aim to fill the void for students interested in litigation and clerkship and to equip them with the requisite skills and tools to be able to pursue a career in any of these fields. The Cell aims to provide a mechanism to guide and incentivise students in the early stages of their legal education and prepare them for opportunities in the mentioned areas.
The aim of this Cell is to strive to work for an increased practical exposure for the students interested in litigation or judicial clerkship, in order to enable them with the skills to implement the theoretical knowledge they gain from law school.
