Numbers is a Glasgow-based record label and creative collective working internationally across music releases, events, festivals, arts curation, and design. Throwing their first parties in 2003 and releasing their first record in 2010, Numbers has been at the forefront of electronic music in the UK and beyond, with a global reputation forged through breakthrough work with innovative, iconic producers like SOPHIE, Hudson Mohawke and Rustie. Releases across their catalogue include artists such as Lanark Artefax, Perko, Akiko Haruna, DJ Deeon, Mosca, Redinho, Deadboy, Kornél Kovacs, and more, and the debut solo singles from Jessie Ware and Jamie XX. Through it all, Numbers has emphasised a patient and collaborative process that puts artist expression, development and growth above all. And despite an undeniably rich legacy, and deep respect for the musical innovators that inspire them, the label and parties remain future-focused, refusing to be content with replicating the past.
