Among the goals of the Research Institute on Economic Criminal Law and White-collar crime studies are to contribute to documentation, study, and discussion of these aforementioned study areas as well as research and development of academic papers and other useful materials from normative and empiric approaches. Besides papers, monographic articles, jurisprudence analysis, compilations, and conferences that reflect innovational and relevant debates, the aim is to approach more creative products such as video interviews with academicians, judiciary officers among other referents, and the creation of other audiovisual content.
Another aim of the Research Institute is academic training regarding the study areas that will develop interest among the students and the academic community of the UP as a whole, and as well as for those individuals who approach the open activities that will take place. For that, seminaries, courses, workshops, and conferences will be offered.
