We develop comprehensive and personalised sleep programs, offer 1:1 in person and zoom consultations to support and help our clients achieve sleep. The emphasis very much on putting the family at the centre of our care. Our approach is both holistic, nurturing, and gradual. We offer Infant Sleep Workshops and that explore the crucial biological changes in a child’s sleep pattern within any given age bracket. We help parents develop their ability to identify normal sleep patterns and behaviour for their infant. We look at developmental and cognitive changes that ultimately impact sleep. This is achieved through learning the science behind sleep and how to implement evidence based sleep strategies. We also work with businesses and provide Employee Wellness workshops that are designed to increase creativity and productivity.
