NurtureLeap is a Institution that initially focuses on the youth of Northern Sri Lanka. This has been an area which has been affected by conflict for decades and NurtureLeap’s vision is to empower the youth and help them build self-sufficient and sustainable livelihoods through a focus on providing access to education, training and job opportunities. NurtureLeap’s parent company and its subsidiaries operate around the world, especially in Europe and North America.
We will recruit interns every six months and train them in a real work environment in our partner companies. The internship will be a paid internship (unlike other players offering internships). At the end of the period of six months, we guarantee that the intern gets a full-time job opportunity or we will allow the intern to continue working for us until a suitable opportunity is presented.
Our objective is to create professionals by providing them real world training and exposure to international organisations. Through us the interns get:
