Rich nourishment for mothers, babies ... and more Hello, I am Kiran, mother of two beautiful and sometimes troublesome children. Nurturico (pronounced as nurture-rico) was born out of a need I had during my pregnancy and post pregnancy journey. Throughout my pregnancy and even after, I kept researching for the right stuff to eat that would help me and my baby. There is so much information online, mostly focused on the nutrient needs of the baby. What about the nutrient needs of the mother? After several months of research, I learned: - Pregnant and nursing mothers need almost double the nutrients as compared to any other woman - In addition to the regular foods, pregnant and nursing mothers need healthy snacking options to keep them going and replenish those fast depleting nutrients This got me thinking about the right products that the mothers would like to snack on and still get the nutrients they so deserve and need. Nurturico was born!
