CHAMP is a student-led service learning initiative set-up in 2014 and run by NUS Department of Pharmacy, in collaboration with community social service partners. CHAMP aims to provide early pharmaceutical care interventions in the community to enable these individuals to keep well at home for as long as possible to minimize future individual & societal health care costs.
