NutrientHarvest is revolutionizing sustainable food production with our groundbreaking method for cultivating high-protein microalgae. Our technology transforms underutilized food waste into valuable protein-rich biomass to address the urgent need for climate-resilient and resource-efficient food sources. Using food processing side-streams, we drastically cut cultivation costs and reduce environmental impact, contributing to a circular bioeconomy. Our approach promises to enhance Singapore's food security by supporting its goal of locally producing 30% of its nutritional needs by 2030 and offering a scalable, sustainable solution for global food challenges. We are part of the Graduate Research Innovation Program (GRIP) at the National University of Singapore (NUS).
