Our 30,000 sq. Ft. The facility is built to international standards using state-of-the-art machinery imported from around the world. The conditions maintained on our production floor - <250, 50% relative humidity, continuous positive air pressure, & class c HEPA filtration - are the same as in a pharmaceutical factory.
We are among the few companies in Bangladesh to produce food in such a controlled & hygienic environment.
We maintain two world-class chemical & microbiological laboratories on-site, where we are capable of conducting more than 25 different tests for food safety, quality, research, & development. We test each batch of finished goods & consignment of raw materials & regularly test our machinery for performance, safety, & calibration.
All our materials are sourced from the most reputable producers, processors, & traders in Bangladesh & each consignment received is screened for adherence to strict chemical, physical, microbiological, & organoleptic standards.
Our micronutrient premixes are designed specifically to meet the needs of our customers & are directly imported from the world's largest producers of vitamins & minerals.
