Nutrist Nutrition & Diet Centre was founded in 2016 By Nutrition & Diet Specialist Hande Seven Avuk (MSc) with the aim of ensuring sustainable change of behavior and creating a healthy consciousness in the society by sharing current, reliable information about healthy life and nutrition. The Nutrition & Diet specialists of Nutrist Nutrition & Diet Centre provides both individual and corporate Nutiriton Consultancy Service with reliable, dedicated and ethical values. As Nutrist, our aim is to change the habits of nutrition mistakes which have been continuing since childhood, in accordance with the lifestyles of individuals, without restrictive and strict rules, in order to increase the psychological and social harmony of the clients; to provide full weight control without starving and to create a special nutritional therapy for the individual to support their step into a healthier life. In this process, we wish individuals to live a healthier and more quality life by equipping our clients with nutrition education and correcting known mistakes and taboos.
