At the Nutrition Commission, it is our mission to inspire, educate and motivate you in achieving your health and wellness goals, wherever you are in your journey, through simple and easy modifications you can make in your everyday life. As the saying goes, 'If it were easy then everyone would be doing it'. Life gets in the way and sometimes we just need that coach in our corner to meet us half way and other times we have a goal in mind but don’t know where or how to start. This is where we help to create a customized diet & lifestyle plan specific to your situation or health goals. We also incorporate life coaching into our sessions as a means to help get your mindset where you’d like it to be in order to create lasting results. The Nutrition Commission is led by Andrea Anderson, M.B.A., a leading Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Life Coach based in the Redondo Beach, CA area but supporting clients globally.
