Nutrition and Me was re-established in May 2024 in Atoka, Tennessee with a passion for filling your body with ingredients that makes you feel GREAT! The added bonus is that the Loaded Teas, Meal Replacement Shakes and Protein Iced Coffees taste amazing! Paula Denbow discovered the Herbalife products and knew that this was something that the Atoka, Tennessee community needed! Nutrition and Me is just that, a wonderful place to gather with friends, family and hydrate your body with ingredients that are filled with vitamins that can boost your metabolism, assist in gaining strength, help increase energy and even some ingredients to help with skin and hair care.
