With more than 20 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, I am well positioned to guide you towards the best version of you. Nutrition NP is a virtual based business that primarily offers one on one (1:1) coaching. You can expect to receive actionable recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle that will make a positive impact on your health. Primary Service - Genetics Package, which includes two virtual sessions with me plus a 3x4 Genetics test. Additional services are available: - Comprehensive one-time nutrition consultation - Long term coaching packages (3-6 months) - Gut health testing, including stool tests and food sensitivity - Micronutrient testing - Group classes for basic nutrition eduction, including a sugar-detox - Supplement recommendations, as needed
