Nutrition Designed is a holistic nutritional consulting business founded by nutritionist Yvonne Matthews, NC. She believes that what we consume is a reflection of how we live our life and directly affects our mind, body and soul. Her mission is to share that knowledge in a simple and fun way to give you the tools you need to feel your best and enjoy life. Whether you have an event coming up, like a wedding, reunion, marathon or triathlon, or just simply are tired of not feeling your absolute best, I've got you covered!
