Our fitness and dance hub offers a wide range of classes and services to help adults of all ages achieve optimal well-being. We opened our doors in the 1990's when our Founder, Emma-Jane Taylor started up a tap class & a circuit training class for adults in Henley. From that little acorn we are now proud to be offering a wide variety of dance and fitness activities that promote well-being in every sense. That very same tap class started in the 1990's, is still going!! Our dance & fitness classes are very popular and have been running for over 25 years in Henley, in fact we are the ONLY Dance Hub for adults in Henley-on-Thames offering day and evening classes. We are also the home of popular Disco Shuffle*, a fitness / tap hybrid programme created in 2024 by our Founder, Emma Jane Taylor. PLEASE NOTE* these classes are not part of our membership.
