We invest in single assets and in larger cash flow generating portfolios. We have launched several new business models and have invested in more than 20 projects. We value suistanable investment management and our activities follow the ESG principles.
All our investments are made in cooperation with capital partners. Our partners include private individuals, pension funds, as well as international property investors.
Nuve Partners is fully owned by its management and employees. This gives us the freedom to pursue our ideas and rewards directly the people that make things happen on the ground, every day. Being involved in investments on a daily basis we create value for both investors and the users of the buildings.
Nuve Partners was established in 2013 under the name of Lumi Capital and changed it’s name to Nuve Partners in 2024, when the company demerged into separate entities focusing on residential and commercial real estate respectively.
