Engineering and Inspection: NWE (Nord Welding Engineers Company) has entered into On/Offshore Oil and Energy with more than 50-year experiences between us and have worked with world-wide employers. NWE specializes in Engineering and Inspection services, Construction, fabrication & Installation, Welding, material, NDT and testing activities. Also, we attend meetings on behalf of the client. We are located in Stavanger Norway, we can however travel to any work sites at client request as their representatives or arrange inspections as required. Our team of engineers and inspectors at our company have the highest level of qualifications and experiences, we will provide a timely service to our clients. The below list of NWE service’s: - Feasibility, Design and Construct-ability - Assist with, or generating presentations communication with clients and 3rd parties. - Generating ITP and QCP - Material Selection - Reviewing Drawings and P&ID - Generate Welding Procedures and qualification records (WPS and WPQR) by an International Welding Engineer (IWE) - Generate Radiographic-, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle-, Penetrant-, Phased Array Testing Procedures by a certified NDT Level 3 Engineer - Operation Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle-, Penetrant-, Phased Array Testing by a Certified NDT Level 2 Operator. - Welding Inspection Before, During and After Welding by an International Welding Inspector – Comprehensive Level-. - Supervising final Documents and MRB - Handling NCR and TQ’s and recommending the best solutions - Offshore Construction and Installation Follow-Up - Supply Technical Personnel - Repair and Modification - Remove, Redundant and Re-installation Package - Witnessing FAT and pressure testing - Painting and Coating Inspection - Dimensional Check. - Package Responsible Engineering - FAT and Pressure Testing - Review Procedures e.g. Welding, Fabrication, NDT..
