NWP Holdings Berhad is a public company listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“BMSB”) since November 2000. With an issued share capital of RM118 million, it is principally an investment-holding company. The Group consist of FIVE(5) wholly-owned subsidiaries: - NWP Industries Sdn. Bhd (incorporated in 1985) is a manufacturing and trading company for a wide variety of timber products and logs from Sabah. Other than just producing, the company also provide timber related services such as sawmilling, kiln drying, laminating, moulding profile and other related wood machining. NWP Resources Sdn Bhd .f.k.a DMKT Timber Sdn. Bhd (incorporated July 2006) is a logging and sustainable forest management services and solution company. Previously, we have joint participated in the harvesting and some saw-milling operations in Deramakot Forest Reserve, an FSC-certified timber forest managed by the Sabah Forestry Department. NWP O&M Sdn. Bhd (incorporated in 2006) is a company specializes in plantation's nurseries, land clearing and replanting. The company is one of the panel contractor on RISDA (Malaysia) replanting programme. NWP Builder Sdn Bhd (incorporated in 2010) is a company provide services for construction, earth work, road building and other related activities. NWP Access Sdn Bhd is a company has diversified into selling motorbike business and has signed an LOI with Green Rentals Sdn Bhd, selling motorbike to Grab riders.
