At Northwest Territory Cider Co. we make it our goal to honor the past through the production of dry, terror-based ciders. Named "Northwest Territory" as a nod to the apple producing history of the Great Lakes region in the late 18th century, we make traditional style ciders and aperitifs from wild, feral, and heirloom apple varieties, with a focus on time-worn methods of production.
