NXG Enterprises develops training and support programmes for young people aged 14 to 24 years, which motivates and excites them about learning. We empower young people to gain accredited and vocational qualifications in creative, digital and media subjects, complete successful work placements and develop their career options into further education, training and employment. Established in 2006, NXG Enterprises comprises of a range of enterprises that provide services in the education and arts sector. Our services include creative media and sports vocational courses, IAG services, artist management and media productions and events. To date, we have supported over 5000 young people throughout their personal career journey. NXG is a brand that aims to Educate, Empower, Employ and Entertain. The underlying principle at the core of our business, is being a force for good and utilising our influence and resources in order to help reach solutions to some of the social issues and challenges faced. Our goal is to become an established brand for creative media and enterprise training, ultimately reaching over 500,000 young people per year with our entertainment services. We are continually developing partnerships in the sectors we operate in, enabling us to reach more people with our services and to ensure that we continue to achieve our core objectives. NXG Enterprises delivers four distinct services: • NXG Training: creative, media, sports, enterprise and employability qualifications • NXG Employ: IAG for jobseekers, CV writing, access to jobs, interview techniques workshops and employability courses • NXG Connect: a gateway for disengaged young people, delivering and signposting services for their development and wellbeing; advice and guidance; accredited courses; apprenticeship programmes and soft skills support • NXG Entertainment: artist management, events, online blogs and film/TV production
