Founded in 2016 as an Architecture Studio, Next has evolved into a dynamic multidisciplinary firm, offering a comprehensive group of services to the property development industry. What began as a collaboration between close friends and colleagues—James Russwurm, Chris Atkins, and Tiago Vasconcelos—has thrived through our shared passion for excellence and innovation.
Our journey began with a successful international architectural design competition, serving as the catalyst for establishing our studio. Fuelled by a desire for agency and autonomy, we set out to create a practice where we could exercise that shared passion toward our vision for impactful, sustainable, and beautiful spaces.

We now take greater custodianship of projects, achieving more cohesive and significant results.
