There's something curious about biotech in the New York City region. If you were to rank NYC as a country by the number of Nobel Laureates, it would rank fourth in the world. The best research institutions with some of the highest NIH funding levels are scattered among one of the highest concentrations of business and capital, young and experienced business people abound and yet we've no biotech cluster. NYC Bio is changing that. Our vision is to establish New York City as a hub of biotech innovation by fostering the development of transformative healthcare and biomedical technologies.
