The NYC Tech Talent Pipeline (TTP) is an industry partnership initiative dedicated to fostering a dynamic and inclusive technology workforce in New York City. Established in 2014, this city-led program unites government agencies, industry leaders, and educational institutions to drive economic growth by broadening access to careers in technology. Our mission is to cultivate a diverse talent pool by bridging the gap between employers, job seekers, and academic institutions, ensuring that individuals are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in the evolving tech landscape.
