The National Youth Council of Namibia (NYCN) is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in terms of the National Youth Council Act, No. 03 of 2009, to, among others, coordinate youth development in Namibia through policy advocacy, programming and support to its network of constituency and regional youth forums and affiliated youth organisations, clubs and groups.
